There is no limit placed on the quantity anyone may take. There is no established lawful season. There is no stipulation as to the method used for capture of the crustacean. There are no preserves or refuges for these lowly, yet desirable mudbugs, yet each year they're back on our tables, in our picnic pots, and on the menus of our finest restaurants.
